Just Like This trading as Sounds Like This (hereby after referred to as Sounds Like This) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use, Sounds Like This grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

In-Person Classes

Sounds Like This face to face children’s classes run for 10-week blocks,(usually during the Victorian school terms). Please see the footer on the base of the Sounds Like This website for the latest class dates schedule.

When booking any face-to-face class I confirm that I, and my family will not attend class if I, my child, or a household member has tested positive to or has any symptoms of Covid19. I understand that this may mean forfeiting that week's class.

• Illness and class absence: If you are unwell please keep our community safe (we have young children and elderly attending our spaces). Please email through details of your absence and we will gladly offer up to three make-up sessions during the booked term. Make-up sessions will be available during our scheduled term classes. Sounds Like This administrative team will communicate make-up class availability with you.

• Planned absence: If you know you are going to be away for a period of your scheduled bookings please advise Sounds Like This via email and reschedule for a make-up date within the current term, as this may affect class planning and availability for other families to attend make-up session/s.

Cancellations and Make-Up Classes

Sounds Like This offers up to 3 make-up classes for missed classes during the current term. These classes may be made up during any of the available scheduled sessions, through prior arrangement with administration. To notify us of your absence and to book your make-up class please get in touch via hello@soundslikethis.com.au

If for any reason Sounds Like This is required to cancel your face-to-face class, you will be credited for fees paid.

Term Cancellations are permitted at any time, but Sounds Like This face-to-face classes are non-transferable to other parties or to future term bookings. Class bookings are non-refundable once the term has begun.

Trial Classes

Sounds Like This offers no-obligation trial sessions. These are billed at our casual class rate of $29 per session, unless otherwise stated, and payable no later than the day of class.

Content

All text, graphics, user interfaces, videos, tutorials, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Sounds Like This, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Sounds Like This’ express prior written consent.
